I started to come to this program because I was taking medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol. After being in the program for awhile, I am now prescription-free. I don’t have all the aches and pains in my back, knees, wrists, and feet as I used to. My sleep has improved. I have more energy. Before I couldn’t even walk a block or two. I can now walk further and I don’t get winded anymore. I’m not craving junk food. sugary drinks, candies, or cookies. I’m happy eating three meals a day and I’m not craving anything else. I feel stronger. I’m washing dishes, active in my garden. I feel better emotionally and I can think more clearly. I recommend everybody think about their health and their well-being and they’ll see that the program will work for them if they follow the recommendations. Thank you so much for teaching us how and what to eat!
